Alternative to VG & PG?
Are there any juices that are made from anything other then VG or PG? I'm just curious.

PEG (Polyethylene glycol) is the only other one I know of.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyethylene_glycol

"PEG is a major ingredient in e-liquid, used in electronic cigarettes. It is generally used as a 30%-50% proportion of the liquid that is vaporized. Its use is designed to give a smoother effect to the vaporizing action." Wiki.

PEG 400 is the kiddie , you can get it off Decadent Vapers or TW (I think) as a base and its in Dekangs Bestmix 2 . I love the stuff ...but a lot of vapers think it tastes like crap . And thats why I love it Wink

e-solid is the strangest thing I've noticed. It never got that big or massively notified. It's basically kind of a gel that can be used instead of eliquid.

RE: Alternative to VG & PG?
I haven't used it at all, personally.

I was aware of it's existence and that is used in some vendor's mixes, but not any I use.

RE: Alternative to VG & PG?
There is PEG-400, which is sometimes being used as a replacement for PG when someone is allergic to PG. If you want to try it, please make sure that you use PEG-400 from an e-cig-aware vendor, because the "400" part actually matters, it is the molecular mass, or the "length" of the molecule, and ONLY the 400 is being used in e-cigs, as far as I know.
It is very hygroscopic, so it dries your mouth just like PG does. I don't like it, I rather use VG+water, that works well for me.
