Many thanks to Jason for sorting out my order which arrived today with an item missing. I emailed him back at 7.30pm this evening and he replied in about three minutes! He must be working overtime tonight. Excellent customer service.

Thanks also for the stack of business cards, which I'll be passing round at work. I've had a lot of interest from colleagues in the smoking shelter.

Can only echo all the other good comments here, top class reliable service (and great customer service) at reasonable prices, I don't even bother to look elsewhere with service this good!

I love the etched battery and the mini nova is perfect. Disappointed the cone cover is too small for my ce3 clearos, still, 2 out of three aint bad Wink

I'll be back in a few days for some of Grizwalds ejuice, starting with the krazy caramel, it's the best

I'd just like to say thanks for sorting out my recent problem with a delivery not arriving. I've used vapeescape several times and each time its arrived within 2 days max (normally with a free pen, which is nice Smiling

)

My last order (not alot, about £10 worth of things) still hadn't arrived after 10 days so I emailed. I got a reply at about 4pm to say they'd replace the order and send it out. Not only was I expecting to be told to wait 14 days like most places, but the order arrived the next morning, less than 24 hours after the email.

Ordered some visions and heads for the misses and a sd maxi for myself to try yesterday lunch time and was surprised to hear it came in this mornings post!
