Evod leak
If your using a high PG liquid that can be causing the issues Confused or if you remove the rubber ring on the top and pull the little metal chimney off you will see a loose wick on top. ? Remove and replace with a 2mm wick and it should be fine,
The gurgle is caused when the wick floods, I use a 50/50 mix and have no issues,

If you pm me your number I can call and talk you through it?

Jeff

RE: Evod leak
Thanks for the offer jeff. I'm still new to the game so I haven't bought wick yet. Just a pack of replaceable heads. As far as juice is concerned I'm using 60/40. I'll order some 50/50 and wick and see if that sorts it out.

CheersSmiling

RE: Evod leak
No issue as far as we are aware Yorkshirevaper.

The only obvious things are that they do ship with the atomiser head loose and it needs tightening before use and make sure that the rubber bung above the wick is pushed down as far as it will go.

Only other time we've had any problems is with reactive liquids.

Will check head and rubber bungs. Thanks for your response.

This sounds more like condensation than leaking. Go outside, give it a flick until the mouthpiece seems clear and flick it another couple of times. See if that makes a difference. If it was flooding you would have a load of juice on the battery.

RE: Evod leak
Have you tried rebuilding the head with different wick yet?

Also, and this may be a stupid question, are you overfilling it? You need to fill to just below the top of the inner tube when looking at the inside of the tank when it's upside down. If you fill past that, you'll get a load of liquid coming through that tube. Although you'd probably notice that when filling it, since it'll just pour straight through.

Other than that, I've found that the rubber bung should actually be lifted slightly away from the wick when reassembling, to ensure a tight seal against the inner tube.
