Could you divulge where I could get hold of one of those boxes? Those are some good dimensions Smiling
The robbing bleeders at maplins £10 What?I'm sure they can be sourced from a cheaper supplier .

Oh and plan B is now plan B2 the new box will take 2x 18500, 2200mah should be useful .

RE: Evolv DNA 20 any one playing with this (update)
Well finally finished this project well near enough .
Iv'e ended up going for a twin 18500 configuration with USB charger .
There are a few changes I would have made the chrome control buttons have taken up too much space , a long pronged tactile would have made life easier and allowed me to position the USB charging socket in a better position .
İmage
The battery holder is a gaffa tape and dremmel botch untill I source something better .

Heres a few of it all put together .

All in all I'm pleased with it. It is power greedy as I expected and I'm now glad I didn't go for less mah .
Cheers .

Hello gaijinrocker just had a quick search and Maplin the UK supplier do not ship out side the UK .
The product number for the box I used is 1455C802 .
China based shops on ebay may be a good place to look.
