Hmmm maybe your parcel isn't going to Yodel then.

When I try I get this:

On your order page on GB, it should look something like this:

Clicking "British Priority Mail" takes me to the UK couriers webpage

RE: GearBest UK Shipping
I had an FT parcel containing a silk scarf (for the OH), a fountain pen and a driptip sit in customs for 19 days which finally got to me yesterday. However good the international shipping may be, UK customs and Royal Mail/courier can sometimes be the biggest hold up. The tracking arrangements used by Gearbest's shipping company are not the best as stated above. The most detail I've ever had is : Left China - Arrived at Heathrow - with Yodel - Delivered. Nothing has ever been lost though and the average is about 10-14 days for me. If you order from the UK warehouse they use ParcelForce or Hermes.
If using FT then Hong Kong post has always been fastest for me - faster than the paid for UK e-packet option. My record is four days from order (of an in stock item) to door and the average is 7-10 days.
I would also vouch for both the tracking sites that NorthStar linked above.

RE: GearBest UK Shipping
Delays will most likely be down to customs this end.
I received a parcel from Langley yesterday.
Order was placed 2/11/16 and it sat there from 17/11/16.

This is far from usual and I was on the verge of trying to get a refund.

International tracking is hopeless. If your order has been shipped then it will arrive, no point sweating over tracking statuses which don't always get updated and don't usually mean what you'd expect them to mean. Forget about it until it turns up.

RE: GearBest UK Shipping
I have made countless orders with FT and GB over the past 2 yrs, delays 9 times out of 10 are always when the item hits the UK.

RE: GearBest UK Shipping
It's people like you guys who push up prices. You are ordering free of charge from China for fucks sake. Yet you chase them after 2 weeks with where is my order BS! Plus they use fucking YODEL, that a strange set-up and a shit one at that.

Your package should arrive within 6 weeks max. If it doesn't, give yourself a smack in the face for using a logistics network which involves YODEL delivering the package.

Stick to Fastech, must tighter logistics wise meaning you'll get your shipment faster.

RE: GearBest UK Shipping
Not my experience, and I've bought a lot with both. FT packages always arrive and so to GB ones. The UK express via Yodel is a a cost option I've used three times now with another in transit and they've been with me within 20 days of ordering.

RE: GearBest UK Shipping
A cost option? You are paying?? HAHA so I guess Royal Mail deliver their "free" postage items? You are better off using the free option than paying for YODEL to mess things up. More reliable and time scale difference as per this thread is non-existent.
