Might solve the airy draw but it wont solve the metallic taste. Why do people like these things?

Doubt it would solve the airy draw due to the grooves cut in the base of the protank. Worth a punt at that price though.

Metallic taste? Not had it myself with either of them that I have so that would be why I like them Smiling

I had the metallic taste but just vaped through it. After about a fifth of a tank it tasted fine. Not sure if it just needed a wash or something beforehand. It's nowhere as nice tasting as a genesis imo, but its handy for out and about and whilst at work.

No metallic taste from my ProTank. I love the thing, especially after re-wicking. I've even got used to the airy draw, but I might still pick up one of these to experiment with - thanks for the heads up OP.

RE: Kanger Pro Tank - Tank Air Flow Control
The airy draw can be simply solved by blocking one or more airholes.

I don't get a metallic taste.

RE: Kanger Pro Tank - Tank Air Flow Control
I've seen pictures of the protank with grooves on the bottom, mine has just a flat surface. In fact I had to cut into the beauty ring thing to make some holes as it was an impossibly tight draw on an egotwist.
