Its a good idea Kenneth, but I would worry that if the buyer changes mind or something then anyone else may have moved on to something else and you lose the sale.

And back on subject, I'm assuming if there was a on hold/pending payment option that you would be able to change it back to for sale if the buyer backs out, or would there be a on hold/pending payment sub forum like there is for completed?
