I'm starting again from the ground up. Going to add my cream recipe in teeny tiny amounts until something happens.

Most likely I'll just end up with another sweet cream with no strawberry.

What % are you mixing it at solo, I started at 4.5% but I have one steeping at 4% and I might try lower, just trying the old FA rule of less is more, at 4.5% I might have been killing of the flavour.

RE: FA Juicy Strawberry
I mixed some at 2% with the premium custard at 4% about 5 days ago. Had a little try today and it’s quite harsh so gonna breath it for a day or 2.

Despite the harshness I found that the custard is good but the strawberry tasted very ripe and a bit earthy.

Hope it improves after a good steep.

RE: FA Juicy Strawberry
I have a theory about this flavour, but I dont think we'll ever get evidence of it.

I can detect ethyl maltol in juicy strawberry
I'm also convinced that marshmallow contains it too
When I add marshmallow to juicy strawberry, the flavours seem to cancel each other out and all I'm left with is vague sweetness.

We all know that putting ethyl maltol in your recipe dulls it.

Going to try a few new recipes with ingredients I know dont contain em and see what happens.

Juicy Strawberry goes nice with Coconut or Toasted Coconut.
10% Strawberry and 5% Coconut is a ratio I use.

RE: FA Juicy Strawberry
Juicy Strawberry 60%
Cream Fresh 20%
Champagne 12%
Vanilla Tahity 5%
Polar Blast 3%

Steep concentrates for 5 days then sample, 1.9ml eliquid 0.1ml flavouring.
Adjust % to suit. (3% to 8% depending on taste and equipment). Smiling

√-1 2^3 ∑ π and it was delicious!
