Government rolls over and lets big tobacco dictate laws to protect it's profits, killing people in the process.

Brilliant.

No doubt the first of many for our American cousins. Tuff times ahead for them as they head underground.

"Let's not be too cocky in this part of the world" as plenty of greed and corruption exists within the EU ruling class. Who knows what the future holds for vaping here...

RE: FDA to close down Totally Wicked
Love them or loath them, this is the reality of what the FDA is doing to the industry.

If a large company is declaring that they unable to continue because of the new regulations, what chance does any other company have?

It's a brave move to put this out already, but an important one, to motivate the apathetic.

I would like to think that if we could be united and support our felllow vapers across the pond, by getting this message along with the "billion lives" one out there, we may be able to help curb the regulations to something more reasonable.

Don't assume that now that we have the EU's contribution to TC coming into place here that we are safe. What has just happened this week in India with the UN conference is scary.

Am I "scaremongering"? Maybe a little, but what is worse? to assume the worst and fight back now, or sit back and let this happen until it is too late and the only products out there to support smokers quitting are shitty patches and gum or Big tobaccos crappy pens.
