RE: Help us save vaping
Morning peeps,

Just a query but recently i popped into my local vape stockist and was informed by the shop owner that apparently the tpd was as good as dead! Is this the case as surely if it was there would be news all over the place!

It would not come to this until article 50 is in place and a number of years has passed with leaving the eu governing body. Also parliamentary I placenta on changing laws.

Anything goes now to keep me off.

..as good as dead isn't the same as dead....

Any law or regulation is only as good as its enforcement.
TPD is just one line item way down on a very long to-do list for Brexit.
While it's technically still in effect, most likely nobody will bother much if a vape shop
isn't exactly TPD-compliant...

Lots of sad and bad stuff been goin' down lately, powers that are got way bigger problems on their plate...

And which vape shop is willing to test that hypothesis, I wonder?

Maybe one who is going bust? Back in the old days, the struggling pubs were the ones who would let you drink out of licensing hours.
