RE: UK Vapefest 2017
Vapefest was good excellent.

People put a lot of effort into organising it and do a fine job. I'm sure they'll take note of the concerns from armchair critics and those who spent fifteen minutes walking around with their eyes closed, for future events.

RE: UK Vapefest 2017
trust me I have been vaping 6 years and been to the last 6 vapefests. so I feel I have the place to say what I want . and I know its not just me who thinks what I said to be true.
its been taken over with juice makers , I did see some mod makers but not as many as years gone by. even the raffle was 80% juice related
lets just say time will tell over the coming years ??

I'm not sure that a pissing contest about who's been vaping longest or who's been to the most vapefests is the way to go.

In an earlier comment you stated that, other than eden and torchy, there were only liquid makers exhibiting, which is patently untrue.

The raffle wasn't taken over by liquids either, although most prizes did have liquids bundled with them. It makes sense that juice makers would be well represented as that's the consumable side of vaping, with the majority of hardware being sold to fulfill 'wants', rather than 'needs'.

By all means you're entitled to an opinion, although people are free to challenge what they disagree with. What I originally took issue with was comments which were factually incorrect.

Time will definitely tell how things pan out for future events, with everything being much more accessible and mainstream. I'm pretty apathetic about vaping, but vapefest is a great opportunity to catch up with friends - many of whom travel much further than I do.

Well said - to me that is really the whole point

I won't slave for beggar's pay,
likewise gold and jewels,
but I would slave to learn the way
to sink your ship of fools
